Montana Cake Concentrate

RECIPE

Mix water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Pour Montana Cake Concentrate and flour, at slow speed for 1 minute. Then mix at high speed for 3 minutes. slow it down and add oil until it mixes. Pour it into desired moulds and bake at 170 to 180 ºC.

Montana Chocolate Premix-Regular/Classic

RECIPE

Mix Montana Chocolate Premix Regular/Classic with water for 1-minute at slow speed. Scrape down and blend mixture at medium speed for 3 minutes. Add oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. Pour into baking tins and bake at 170 to 180 ºC.

Montan Vanilla Premix-Regular/Classic

RECIPE

Mix Montana Vanilla Premix Regular/Classic at slow speed for 1 minute with beater. Scrape down and whip the mixture at high speed for 3 minutes. Slow it down and add oil slowly while mixing at medium speed for 1 minutes. Pour into baking tins and bake at 170 to 180 ºC.

Montana Choco Premix With Egg

RECIPE

Mix egg and water and put choco premix with egg at slow speed for 1 minute then whip at high speed for 3 minutes slow it down to add oil until it mixes pour it in pan and bake at temperature of 170 to 180 ºC.

Mix Montana Red Velvet with water for 1-minute at slow speed. Scrape down and blend mixture at medium speed for 3 minutes. Add oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. Pour into baking tins and bake at 170 to 180 ºC..
